Passed my Viva
After 4 long years of tireless research, I have finally passed my Viva Voce, examined by Dr Martin KružÃk, Dr James Grant and Dr Martin Wolf as chair. I am very grateful for their feedback and dedicating their time to discussing my work.
I am also very appreciative of my supervisors Dr Jon Bevan (pictured) and Dr Jonathan Deane, both of whom have provided so much advice and wisdom throughout this entire process. I would also like to acknowledge the entirety of the Maths Department at Surrey, which has always been a warm and welcoming place to work and study.
Although completing my PhD has been very challenging, partly due to starting a full-time position whilst still finishing my thesis, it has been a totally worthwhile experience. I feel like the lessons that I have learnt in this time will stay with me for the rest of my life.
